Fukuyama, Francis. "Our Posthuman Future." Technology: A Reader for Writers. By Johannah Rodgers. New York City: Oxford UP, 2015. 255-64. Print.
This section of the E-reader talks about the future of our human society as advances continue to be made in the area of biotechnology. The suggestion that Fukuyama makes is that we should make sure our governments are able to regulate what is a good use of new biotechnology and what is a bad use. He later states that we should also be cautious when it comes to creating new regulatory agencies because they tend to not be very efficient. Fukuyama believes that if the idea of regulating biotechnology becomes too political it could be very detrimental to society.
